Ann Glynn

Residential Specialist

Ann Glynn prides herself on being a committed and knowledgeable advocate for her real estate clients. Prior to beginning her career as a broker, Ann earned a law degree and spent over 16 years working in sales and marketing for a range of companies, including Chicago based start-ups to global pharmaceutical leaders. These experiences helped her develop several key talents that translate well into serving real estate buyers and sellers. Her legal expertise, specifically involving contracts and negotiation, is a crucial benefit in the complex real estate market. Ann’s ability to communicate clearly the major selling points of a property gives her an advantage when speaking to potential home buyers; and her knowledge of marketing strategy make her sellers’ listings stand out. Each of her clients appreciates her competitive, entrepreneurial spirit and consummate professionalism.

In her previous career Ann had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the city and the North Shore suburbs learning about the diversity and beauty of the Chicago area. A desire to work more closely with clients, help them reach their real estate goals, and appreciate what makes this area so unique inspired Ann’s decision to transition into residential sales. As a wife and mother, Ann appreciates the security and stability that a family experiences when they find their perfect home in the right neighborhood—with that in mind, she approaches each transaction by keeping the satisfaction of her clients paramount. Ann works diligently to assess her clients’ needs, find the best solution to meet their objectives, and then execute a successful strategy with speed, finesse, and fierce negotiation skills.

Ann and her family spent ten years living on Chicago’s north side before settling in Evanston for the last 14 years. She offers a comprehensive understanding of not only the residential housing market, but also the public amenities, schools, and shopping to be found within Chicago and the North Shore suburbs, especially Evanston and Wilmette. She enjoys spending time with her family either at home or traveling to explore other countries and cultures. Ann is also an avid reader, cook, and cyclist, and she has a passion for experiencing the museums, restaurants, and architecture throughout both the city and suburbs.
